We believe everyone deserves a chance, for some we support it’s a 2nd chance, for many it’s their 1st. Develop a network of socially open-minded employers across the North East and North Yorkshire to refer candidates to on a case-by-case basis who have had a past conviction.

Firm in the knowledge that employment is the single most way to reduce reoffending and more victims of crime.

To only link our candidates to employers when we are confident, they are ready for employment, have passed our internal assessments and have a strong desire to be an employed contributing member of society.

We provide initial mentored support allowing us to remove any barriers to employment ensuring when we advocate our candidates, they have the best opportunity of succeeding.

Our support does not disappear, we continue to mentor each candidate post-employment for up to 6 months.

Each day we are helping improve housing situations, providing work wear, interview clothing, food parcels, budgeting advice, travel fares, fitness, and nutrition assistance and so it goes on…!
